Samantha V. Ricci
Samantha Ricci joined the firm as an associate in May of 2017. Her areas of practice include real estate, business, and banking. Sam is originally from Pennsylvania and graduated magna cum laude from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania. She earned her Juris Doctor from William & Mary School of Law, and during that time, she fell in love with Virginia. After law school, she returned to Pennsylvania and clerked for the Honorable Shad Connelly of the Erie County Court of Common Pleas, but she knew it was only a matter of time before she made her way back south. She came home to Virginia in 2013, joining Collins & Hepler, PLC in Covington, where she focused her practice primarily in real estate and elder law. While she was there, she served on the board of directors for Safehome Systems, Inc. and the Alleghany Highlands Kiwanis Club. In addition, she served as the President of the Alleghany-Bath-Highlands Bar Association. She is enjoying exploring Charlottesville with her dogs, Zeno and Pepper, and looking forward to becoming more involved in the community.
